Basic Troubleshooting steps of Roku that do not get connected to the Internet!

The very basic thing that comes to mind while troubleshooting the Roku is the appropriate connection. Fixing an issue related to Roku has become an essential issue in everyone’s life; the most searched topic is “how to solve the issues in Roku”?

In order to ensure that you are receiving an optimal experience, it is important to follow some steps that needed for basic troubleshooting for Roku.

Steps are defined as below:  

1. First you need to check if your Internet connection is fixed and for that you need to check if your internet connection is active.
Go to Settings> Network on your Roku player in order to check if the signals are good & connection is active 

2. Check your app and device’s OS if they are up to date or not.
Go to Settings>System>System Update on your Roku device to download the latest updates.

3. Restart the Channel
Highlight the CW or CW Seed channel> press the *on the Roku Remote> Now select close> select the CW or CW Seed channel to re-launch it.

4. Uninstall and reinstall the channel.
Repeat the same step as highlight The CW or CW Seed channel and press the * on the Roku Remote>Select Remove Channel> At the end navigate to the Streaming Channels section and reinstall the channel.
